One of the very first African to be converted to Christianity was an Ethiopian treasurer representing his queen in Ethiopia.
• On his way back from Jerusalem, the apostle Philip helped him to understand ‘The Book of Isaiah’ which the Ethiopian was reading and later baptized him.
• He became a Christian before Apostle Paul (former name Saul) was converted (Acts 8: 26-40).
